I am or will be coming across that state in late June to Inzane.
Will be on rt 94 and am wondering about  hotels.
Is it like all other major highways where there are a lot of places to Stay?
     Thanks

I been that route many times. Plenty of places to stay. You want an even better trip,, take Rt 2 across ND. Way better trip IMHO. Just ask DDT

Agree wholeheartedly...did Rt 2 on my way home from Morgantown last year...much better ride than  I94 which I did part of my route on through ND on the way out.

Don't wait until you get there to find a place. I'm not sure how the oil boom is still messing things up but I looked for a cheap room once in dickinson. motel 6 was $176 because of the oil boom.

On the other hand, if you camp there is a nice lake with cheap camping just southwest of town.

Look into US 12. Good two lane.
