Only 72% in New Mexico. That's not too bad considering over 60% of the entire state is on the government handout programs. And most seem to like it that way openly bragging.

NM has surpassed Mississippi in many things swimming at the bottom of the barrel. The legislative meetings for the year is over and no state budget was passed. Lots of talk of legalizing mary jane and hemp took precedence over real issues.
