of "The Quiet Warriors" chapter of the Korean War Vets.  We had a demonstration of the flag folding by an invited Honor Guard.  This Honor Guard was originally composed of 14 Korean War Vets. Only 4 are left.

Today, it was composed of two.  One Army Korean vet and one Marine Vietnam vet.  We watched in silence as the Vietnam vet's wife recited what each fold of the Flag represents.  I thought that the 13 folds represented the 13 colonies.  No, it doesn't

I've found this explanation on the Web. Very moving. I did NOT read the negative comments from those who don't respect the Flag.
