Typically, I'm an early riser. Almost always check (after I start the coffee brewing) this forum to see what's new or on going but, I have noticed most folks tend to not be on early.
First, I know I'm in the ET zone so, that makes sense to a point. But, it occurs to me that many of you are sleeping in on weekends. I tend to wake up about 5 AM every morning, if I don't I'm probably sick. Just comes natural to me. Doesn't really matter what time I hit the sack. If I don't check the forum, I'm either traveling or, occupied doing something that just has to be accomplished.
I'm curious, when do you Valkyrie riders normally arise from the dead on the weekend? Just curious, no desire to start a poll or make this a major item.

I waddle down between 6 and 7, and yes, I look on the board while drinking coffee...
I have four cats and a crazy dog who require all kinds of attention while the coffee is brewing. I was in the dog emergency room until 10 pm last thursday, she dragged out a partial bottle of brake fluid and chewed the top off of it. It was all over her, but it doesn't seem that she got any of it in her. Brake fluid has glycol stuff in it, but not Ethylene glycol, so brake fluid is bad, but not as bad as antifreeze...

I rise daily between 04:30 and 05:00 everyday. I read the local daily paper and national news first then it is here, to the forum to see what's going on. I notice I am in the minority in the mornings also. Mornings like today though cold out, it is sunny and clear. For me, Sunday mornings are my favorite. The serenity and peacefulness is enjoyable to say the least.

Noting your location, I understand the temp. Was a beautiful sunrise this morning. Orange/red sky mixed with patches of blue, the sun's warmth coming through. Love gett'n up early and enjoying a beautiful sunrise. The temps were high enough, I was outside in shorts while the boys (Bowser and Tobi) took care of their business. Coffee in hand, was glorious watching that sun come up. All I needed was the sound of a warming Valkyrie engine and it would have been perfect but alas, I've got a honey do list of things that must be accomplished. No wind for me today. But, it'll be worth it................ I hope.

I just got up. Kids are at my parents so I got to sleep in a little. During the week I'm up at 4:30 every morning. Try to sleep in on weekends unless I have something to do. I need my beauty rest

I tend to sleep in to 7 (Pacific time zone) or so, depending on our dog and his bladder. I used to get up at 5 every morning when I was working. Took a few years being retired to be able to sleep in till 7.
Get up, food/paper, then head this way while sipping coffee. Then decide what is going on for the day.
Noticed that the times show on your post are PT, so it looks like you are up and moving around 3 or so.

Normally wake up around 6am and head to LA Fitness at 7am. Today, woke up just before 6 but since I only slept 2 hours Friday night, I decided to stay in bed with a beautiful blonde today. Finally got up at 8:30 to make breakfast for the family.

I'm typically up at 6:30 on work days, somewhere between 7 & 8 weekends.
I pretty much always either head to work or play in the yard in the mornings. I don't get online to check in here until evenings, and not always everyday.

I'm often going to bed when you guys get up. That's in winter. In good weather, I return to only partially abnormal. Retirement means never having the alarm clock go off again (wonderfullness). I don't even change my clocks for daylight savings, I don't care what time (or day) it is.

I work straight weekend nights, Fri-Sat-Sun, 7-7, have for years. Don't hit the forum much on the weekend. During my days off I usually check in at least once a day, but usually in the wee hours. That's usually my most awake time and my favorite riding time, between 0100-sunup.

Never had a set time to git up when drivin truck. Except on delivery day. Pick up and delivery were chiseled in marble. After that was pretty well up to me as long as I was NOT late on either end. Far as now and being retired AND since I got my C-pap I'm sleeping better and longer. I try to go to bed before 0100 Hrs. and most times I'm fairly functional by 0830-0900 Hrs. Yup-taking huge advantage of all the non structured time I now find myself I possession of. And if I have an early Drs. appointment I've Never been late. If need be I can still be up and functional at oh dark thirty. RIDE SAFE.

Generally I'm up at 5am and try to be at work by 6am.
My weekend morning wake up time is directly proportional to my beer intake the night before.

That's NOT called going to sleep and waking up. It's called passing out and coming to. Been there done that and have multiple T-shirts.

Been retired since 09. Still up between 04:30 and 06:00 if I sleep late. I never slept (basically) all my life. In basic training , most of the guys could not function on the sleep allowed. I had no problem as 4 hours was enough for me. I am not saying on occasion ,I needed more , but I could go on for a long time with only three or four hours sleep. If I stay in bed to long , I get a nasty head ache.
