Top Coat

Has anyone tried this product (Top Coat)?  What did you think of it and how much did you pay?

I almost ordered a 4 oz. bottle for $9.99 on E-bay,  however they quoted $12.00 shipping. I haven't checked AutoZone or any other places yet.

Top Coat F11? i bought some and it is awesome. I used it on my Truck last night and it now looks like tinted chrome    If it is something different you're talking about then i have no idea.
