Passwords are case sensitive.  Be sure you're covered for that.

I remember when you first started having to have a password for everything, and certain things required a different format of password than the simple ones you remembered well. I'd just  gotten a new Blackberry with a Passport Keeper and loaded them all up in there....and then I promptly forgot the new password to my Password Keeper  uglystupid2

  Our phone seem to re program them selves whenever they feel like it. My phone all of a sudden needs a password to answer messages. I never put one on if. My wife's has done similar things.
