InZane Room Cost

Can somebody give me the approximate cost of rooms for InZane 17? Vita, and I are very interested in trying to make it to InZane this year, but at this point, I'm not sure if it will fit in our budget or not. If we're going to be able to go, I know that we'll need about 3 days travel each way, so that means that I will have to add four nights of lodging in addition to registration costs, and the cost of the hotel at Inzane. I'm just trying to get an idea as to whether we can afford to go or not before we register.

Ya' don't get the info on the hotel until after you register though

Assuming they still have the group rate rooms, my rooms at ground zero were $99/night. I think there was a single bed option for $89/night but don't quote me on that.

Figure how may miles you can do a day then look for something in that area on line. Sometimes you can git a better deal by dealing with the Motel directly stead of one of the broker outfits. The broker outfits want their cut. You eliminate their cut you Might find and receive a better rate. Do NOT be shy about invoking retirement Former Military Fraternal Groups-you git the idea. Discounts ARE there-ya got ask. RIDE SAFE.

Ride with OSS.  He can get a room anywhere, and at a discount.  We got the "last" room that stunk from cigars in one joint,..... 5 minutes later we were refunded and watching TV across the street on fresh smelling queen sized beds.

My wife/co-pilot won't camp anymore when on the road, so it's Mom & Pop motels and B&B's for us. We usually manage to find something reasonable along the way...don't need anything fancy to just rest our heads for the night.

We're booked in Billings at I believe 89.00 (121.00 CDN  ) ... but if I remember correctly, breakfast is included in that rate this year (glass half full analogy  )

As for hotels, when I came back home from IZ15 in Spearfish, I found a hotel magazine in the rest stops. Listed states/cities and how much. I recall something like $50 and up.
