Once shftr sent me a shoofly pie and I made him a special order pizza and sent it to him.  Them amish can sure make a shoofly pie.  Well, that was my first one, but it was really good.  shftr instructed me on just how many seconds to warm in the oven so its at precisely the right temperature for eating.
