The United Nations voted 22-10 to not accept Jerusalem Sovereignty in Israel

While the vote is less than last years it still reflects the thinking of the UN.

UNESCO disavows Israeli sovereignty in Jerusalem in 22-10 vote

A UNESCO vote disavowing Israel’s sovereignty in Jerusalem that passed with only 38% of the voting countries actually supporting the measure represents a diplomatic victory for Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday, soon after the vote.

With 22 nations supporting the measure, 10 opposing it, 23 countries abstaining and three absent, the 58-member UNESCO Executive Board gathered in Paris on Israel’s birthday approved the resolution referred to as “occupied Palestine.”

Better to consider the 22 for what they are. In the pocket of Islamic fascism.
UN is necessary it shows the world who is a friend and who is not

Did the UN vote to support Russia's sovereignty in Crimea?  I'm not comparing the relative merits of Israel's and Russia's claims to those areas, but that really it's all talk, and the only opinions that matter in territorial issues are the ones backed up with military muscle and a willingness to use it.
