Rear brake pads

I changed my rear brake pads today for the first time ( the bike has 40,600 mls on the clock). I took me more than an hour to understand this japanese thinking  :crazy2: but I know that next time (2019 ?) it should take me less than 20 mn.
On the BMWs : less than 10 mn  ;D weissbier included  :cooldude:
