Millions of dollars, athlete supreme in his sport, tappin' the goddess, rollin' easy and winds up under a pile of horseshit that he managed to heap upon himself.  Ego...and then, the equalizer...life comes callin'.  |

DUI's can happen to anyone (who drinks). Though I gave up driving/riding after drinking anything at all, a long time ago. I'm fine after one beer, but my problem is, a mid day beer (with lunch) makes me so darn sleepy, it's as unsafe as being drunk. Especially in any heat.
He got caught at 3AM. Anyone who drinks should know the middle of the night is when they are out trolling for drunks. In my town, I have heard it often said that one in three drivers out there is drunk late at night. Thus, driving or riding late is downright dangerous around here. Drunks, cops trolling for drunks, deer, poor visibility, bugs up the wazoo..... no thanks.

Alcohol will cause one to do really stupid stuff, I learned the hard way and was lucky I never hurt someone. You know stupid like after a dozen or more beers "I'm fine I can drive home" or better yet "hold my beer and watch this" hope he learns and it will never happen again.

This morning news said that he had a Zero blood alcohol level.
So it was prescription drugs to blame, at least according to him. Since he has had issues with his back, it probably wasn't aspirin. It could have been as he claimed, his mix of drugs caused it.

NEVER got stopped for D U I BUT there were times I SHOULD have been.  Where I grew up in Lake County Illinois on Friday and Saturday night bout closin time the L E Os would be there in force. I have like ZERO sympathy for Any Form of impaired attempting to drive. Too many years on the road bout closin time and too long drivin an ambulance. First hand knowledge and like that.  Rich or poor let the drunks help out in the O R on Friday night and Saturday night. Or bring them out to the scene of a bad wreck an let them SEE. RIDE SAFE. |

Y'all a bunch of heartless b@$tages... Poor Tiger, driven into a golf career by a domineering father, who no doubt was abusive to the kid... Gets along okay for a while till some foreign, blonde bimbo gets her hooks in him and takes him to the cleaner$...AFTER whacking the bejesus outta him in HIS OWN driveway...getting HIM in trouble with the Law....domestic assault, hmph. Then he gets hurt, has some back surgery, evil PGA won't put him on any kind of Disability, so he tries to play through the pain.... gets hooked by big-Pharma on the opioids and sleep-drives almost to the Taco Bell drive-thru and Johnny Law  profiles him cause he can't parallel park. Poor guy can't win... at golf either |

Yep, ZERO alcohol. So, it is more than he just "claimed" it was prescription drugs. Looks like that may well be the case. Still DUI. However, I am inclined to cut him some more slack. It truly may have been a reaction over which he had no control. A little like having a heart attack, or diabetis attack, passing out, and going out of control and wrecking the car. I am not going to condemm him on this. And I HATE golf! Listen to Bill Cosby's 70's schtick on watching golf on tv! |

The more video evidence that is released, the higher the "pathetic meter" pegs out for Tiger Woods.
I can't feel sorry for this guy's bust as he has all the money in the world to call a cab, an uber, or some flunky to drive him anywhere whether he's stoned, drunk, or talkin' to Jesus. He either has no friends or the ones he does have are as dumb as he is to let him leave in that condition and drive a missile Mercedes down the road.
Cops handled it as best they could, I believe, and Woods had presence of mind to not give them a hard time.
He screwed the pooch big time. A judge from the local drug court should help him find that he needs to check in and dry out for about four months.
