Good morning everyone,
Hope it was a good long weekend!
We are still in need of help during InZane to cover the registration and raffle ticket sales table during the day.
We have the Sunday Early Bird covered.
If you'd like to help but don't want to miss out on a scheduled event or ride, please take a look at the event schedule posted on the event page to see if there's a time and day that would work for you. Typically, we try and schedule time slots for 2 hours; but may be shorter or longer depending on the need.
Registration is open during the following hours:
Sunday 5 - 7 - additional volunteers not needed for this time.
Monday 9 - 4:15
Tuesday 9 - 4
Wednesday 9 - 11:15 & 1 - 5
Thursday 9 - 4:15
Feel free to PM me or respond here.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone in a few short weeks.

Please consider helping for a time slot or two. It's a great way to meet other VRCC members. They come to you at the table----you don't even need to be outgoing. With 255 registered, there should be nooo problem filling all the slots. The more volunteers we have, the less tirelessly the staff has to fill in and they can even enjoy themselves a bit. If we want these Inzanes to continue, we need to do our fair share. Thanks! |

I and my clan (wife and two kids) would be happy to take a slot on Monday, either late morning or early afternoon. We don't want to miss the opening ceremonies, though.

Hi, Thank you for the offer to help. These times on Monday you requested are covered at this time. Look me up on Monday so we can schedule a time that works for you. Carolyn Carolyn-made some tough calls/decisions in my life at times. The most recent difficult calls/decisions I've made? Cancelling my 2 motel rooms on the way to I-17 And cancelling my room at Ground Zero. Karen is going to ride out with my Brother-da prez-and one or two others. NOT being around My Friends at Inzane-cruel and unusual.  Not being at Early Bird and givin Mark a hard time?  Starting to appreciate What Ross went thru when he had to leave Lacrosse early.
