I like blue but all my bikes have been black, they seem to have the best deals when they're up for sale.

No teething issues yet. Lol tore all the panels off and will empty fuel tank. Already has brand new air filter. Took starter off and checked it. That engages good. Need new battery and check all the wiring. Not getting power to anything. Might just rewire to a new switch once I get a new battery. I'll keep all posted. I work six days a week so I only have one day off to tinker with it.

Good buy! I have been thinking about a suzuki burgman for short runs. What is your buy?
I recently traded my blue 2014 Valkyrie for a 2014 mustang with 19200 km (11300 miles).
I can,t get much riding time as my wife has medical problems. With the mustang we can get
out together. I would like to get a two wheel ride of some kind. I'll wait until fall and look for
a deal once the riding season is over. Another factor is I'll be 77 in a couple of weeks.
My wife calls me the senile teenager and I hope I never grow up.

Mine is a 08 shanghi shenke. I think I spelled that right. I bought it for my wife but even she says I'll probably ride it more. Lol

looks chinese to me good luck with that scoot.  Most chinese scoots, even new,  have issues being kept running. I know 3 who bought 150cc's new and nothing but headaches since day one.  There is a reason on why you can pick most used chinese scoots up for under 800 bucks.

My preference of scooters for the price paid used is Kymco,  name brand ( use to supply for decades Honda with scooter/engine parts) with parts readily available and dealership network mostly nationwide there are 3 Kymco dealers within 60 miles of me and can order parts online as well.   My 2008 is a Kymco people s250 not made anymore bumped up to the 300cc more modern design/sportier styling.  But, I like the larger frame (32 inch seat height almost), flat load floor,  larger 16 inch tires (same size tires as say a honda rebel or suzuki GZ250), dual front disc brakes which is RARE in most 250cc scooter lineups, choke enricher still single carb but NO warmup ever needed 2-3 seconds and good to go even in 40 degree temps,  liquid cooled engine, and rear single disc brake, makes stopping quick and great, with good pickup top speed 78 mph cruises all day long at 65 mph and comfy seat for say 60 miles one way and under (went for 100 miles one way once will not do that again).   ONLY thing missing is a taller aftermarket windshield sick of eating bugs in my helmet while riding.
