Thanks to Rob - meathead. I posted that my coffee cup from T-man was broken during my recovery.
Rob replaced it for me. It may sound like " just a coffee cup ", but it was important to me.
This club is the greatest family. Ask and you shall receive. I was willing to buy a replacement , but was furnished one.

Stories like this one are always welcome, in my book! I love to hear of the generosity and brotherly good will ever-present in our 'family'. It's so easy to loose sight of that when discourse rears its ugly head, but the general goodness of our members is profoundly evident, and I never tire of hearing examples being brought up...

Yeah, a coffee cup does seem to be such a small, trivial thing, but the gesture itself is so significant when put into perspective. I know well how it feels to both give and receive, and I appreciate the good feeling you both experienced from this exchange. Thanks, Prez, for letting us know... And, thanks MH, for doing what so many do when a need arises... Dang, I think a gnat just flew into my eye!

Well my Brother is the benefactor of another members-Rob-largess. This Family of ours NEVER Ceases to amaze me. Bruce hit that nail when he said-things That may Seem insignificant to others. Well we here Know Riders ARE Different. Something my Father used to say might fit here. And I am paraphrasing a might. Most of the whole fam damily will be gathering in a couple weeks.  cooldude I've met and ridden with a bunch of riders and clubs over the years. This Group of ours is at the top of my particular totem with the P G R right there also. Bruce-didja send that gnat over here?  2funny RIDE SAFE.

Nice touch , MH  cooldude cooldude

Prez, I understand regarding the cup...I also received one from T-Man and it is my daily AM coffee mug. It even received  a special wrapping job when we moved a couple of months ago.  Smiley  Funny how we connect with what may seem to be trivial "things", in this case probably  due to the manner in which it was acquired  (maybe not so trivial).

Nice story....

"Most" is not the right descriptor.  the VRCC currently consists of some 3,000+ active riders.  About three hundred (including spouses) will be at InZane.

It's a good group.

I'm glad it made it there in one piece. I was a little worried about my packing job. I can not begin to compare with some of the kind things many here have done for me. HayHauler's actions come to mind right now. Just wanted to help out. To be honest though, if I didn't have 2 of them I probably wouldn't have given it up.  Smiley This is a great club though, even for all our differences.
