I can see a new refrigerator warning label coming.

Best if you start around the 2 min mark.

In retrospect, using those trees was a very good idea.   Shocked

That door looked like it was on a mission.

Shocked. I saw that a few days ago. Dumbest thing I ever did was load a 30 gallon drum withe tannerite and put it in the cab of an old ford pickup. People 10 miles away were calling the cops saying something big exploded. We were 300 yards away and the shock wave wrinkled the metal siding on a pole barn and blew 3 windows out of my buddies house. They found the hood of the truck about a half mile away in a field. That is some serious stuff in quantity.   uglystupid2

There's more than Tannerite in that fridge...tannerite itself doesn't cause a flame.  I'm thinking they stuck a 5 gallon can of gas in there.

Tannerite absolutely causes a flame.  It isn't as obvious in smaller quantities, but is very obvious in larger quantities.

Careful with putting it in stuff.  For bare charges in the open (in other words, sitting on the ground, not inside or applied to a target) , we multiply the cube root of the TNT net explosive weight by 300 feet to calculate safe standoff.  Tannerite is .55 as effective as TNT.

230 pounds for instance (probably a conservative estimate if a 30 gallon drum was full), would yield a standoff of 1500 feet; 50 pounds would yield a standoff of 900 feet.  Put it inside anything, and your standoff increases.

Enjoy!
