Riser Bolt nut size? Nevermind. Got it. But...........?

Anyone know the riser nut size and whats easiest way to remove them. I have the bars off my 98 std and need to remiove risers. TIA

19mm short socket and then a swivel and then long extention. Easy

Now does that stud come out if not, can they be purchased???
