I found that having dropbox got my pics uploaded and therefore enabled me to have the wife (I am unable to get the pics to show but she is very computer literate) attach pics to where I wanted them on my blog, or at least close to where I wanted them

Glad you got to see family on the 1st day out, it sure is nice to either meet people
you have heard of or new people for the 1st time while enjoying the trip

Also some of the conversations at gas stops may be memorable enough for you to include
especially as you leave California and meet some interesting folks

Wish I could be in Montana but am enjoying your trip so far.
