I have been on the telephone most of the day today finalizing some of the arrangements for Inzane!  YEA!!!

We have alot of AWESOME things planned!  You don't want to miss out on the Early Bird night...dinner compliments of the VRCC!  We will be grilling some hamburgers and hotdogs, and will have some potato salad, baked beans, chips, brownies and beverages all ready for ya!  The hotel has a huge courtyard in the center with a huge built in grill, that will be perfect for us!!!

Lunch ride with the Staff will take place on Monday.  We have selected an awesome location with historic significance.  Cajun Phatty's food truck will be there fixing lunch for us!  This too will be a great time to socialize with other members!

Be sure to be in attendance for opening ceremonies Monday evening, as well.  Our charity will be introduced, along with mayor, hotel representative, Visit Billings representative and police officers.  That will also be our first raffle!  YEA!!!!  This too will take place in the courtyard, and for the remaining of the week evening raffles will take place in the banquet rooms.

Tuesday night is a block party in downtown Billings!  Since the charity we are supporting this year is Montana Hope (and is supported by the highway patrol in the area) we have been guaranteed plenty of police escorts for this ride!!!  Visit Billings has also secured a band to be in the parking lot and they are even buying everyone in attendance ice cream from a local ice cream shop for dessert!  Take time to browse in the local shops and eat at one of the local food establishments while we are down there!

The Charity lunch ride is another thing you don't want to miss!  The location for this is fabulous!!!  This ride will also be police escorted and again, we should not have any issues with staying together due to the route and the escorts provided.  The location has many displays that you will want to see!  Antique cars and various memorabilia is on site.  This facility is only open to us for this lunch, so if you want to see some of the amazing things they have, you must attend this lunch.  Our host hotel is providing the food for this at a very minimal cost to us, so we will be able to give most of the money from ticket sales for this to the charity!

We will be having a DJ in the house Wednesday night for the raffle, karaoke and blowout party!  Motomama's Charity Pie Auction will also take place at the time!!  This will also be a great time!!!  Sit with your friends and pool your money together to purchase an awesome pie!  (Due to my recent health issues, I would love to have a couple of volunteers to help me with the pie baking).

I am so excited for everything we have planned and looking forward to seeing many of you there!!!  It's not too late to go ahead and register to attend!  Online registration will be closed later this week, so don't miss out on that!  Your banquet dinner is included with online registrations!  You will still be able to register on site, but the dinner will not be included with your registration on site.  You would have to purchase the dinner in addition to it.

See all y'all soon!!!!

I wish I was going but just wasn't in the cards this time.  Thank you and the staff for all your hard work.

Everyone enjoy.  Hoist a cold one for me, and above all, come home in one piece.  Have a safe Inzane!

I would really love to get out to one of these shindigs sometime.

Unfortunately, my wife just doesn't have the vacation to do so.  Angry

Hey Serk,  Do you have plans to have drone video of you (and maybe 300 Valk friends) riding their Valks in Montana?

I'm bringing the Mavic...

Well... Actually I'm not. The spousal unit will be bringing it in the cage. So if nothing else I'll try to get some parking lot action wtih it...

Mrs Alien is a hell of a baker.  I'll ask her about helping with the pies.

Alien

You'll ask her about her helping with the pies, or you're going to ask her how you can help with the pies?

Is Mrs. Alien joining us in Billings?
