This ass lived in Canada, crossed the border near Lake Champlain and somehow ended up in Michigan. That doesn't quite add up to me. And, I guess we now need to ban assault knives.

He told police that he had wanted to use a gun, but they had refused to sell him one at a gun show he attended because he wasn't a US citizen.  Evidently he had bought in to the CNN/NBC/ABC/CBS gun show loop hole.

da prez and I were in Texas Christmas 2016 and went to a gun show. We could buy most anything there cept pistols and if I rekemember correctly they had to ship long guns if we bought them. VERY adamant bout the rules of selling. What-the dud were in Michigan and couldn't find one to buy on the street!  Had an offer to be a L E O after the Navy. Oh well. My hat is off in a salute to the vast majority of our L E Os.  RIDE SAFE.
