Whatever it is, it's better in the wind.
On a road less traveled.

Alien, thanks again for sharing. Seeing as this year Inzane was a bust for us again, I truly enjoy your write ups, pictures and videos. Keep em coming.

Good report
I guess it proves though that even if you make it to 600 years old, it doesn't necessarily make you wise.

Lived in Orick for twelve years - back in the days when logging ops were going full steam ahead in the surrounding hills and two saw mills in town belching smoke from their teepee burners. The freeway just north of town was not there. The twelve miles of freeway you likely took up and over the hill is a bypass around nine miles of two-lane that cut through the heart of the standing old growth redwoods in Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park. Looks like you had a bell-ringer of a day along the Oregon coast.

nice report,, keep em coming! Last time I rode the 101 was 7 years ago in July and around Coos Bay we hit fog so thick you could not ride. And it got down to about 45 degrees. Later in the day, wind shifted and temp went up to 80 and fog disappeared.
