June 12th, 7pm. Parkview hospital, Ft. Wayne

While waiting, after surgery, to have a procedure to stop my eyeballs from floating , I was listening to a recording of Ashokan Farewellplayed on a hammered dulcimer.

Now that that issue is resolved (whew!) i intend to learn to play the same on my hammered dulcimer. Gotta get back to it.

The song was originally played by the composer on a violin and was background music on the Tv series "The Civil War".

Just for viewing, here it is. I like the song. NOT me playing it, I wish it was.
