Anyone know how to get a VIN report on a Valkeryie? I'm thinking you can't get this as a freebie but has anyone ever used a service?

I've only used the free VIN checks.  You can run then and if they show an owner,  then you cough up the cash to find the legal owner.  If a legal owner is not found,  then it's no charge.
