TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Jerry Sheffer and I have been trying to get a question answered by Sideroad Cycles.  www.sideroadcycles.com    Their web site lists NO phone Number, and readers are told to send all questions via E-mail. The problem is that they DON'T ANSWER THE E-MAILS!!!!!  Absolutely TERRIBLE Customer Service.  Their prooducts are good, but Customer Service SUCKS!!!!

Thanks, Bill. I rec'd that number from Tourus, and from Gil, and called it a little while ago. Jerry S called it last week, and they have not returned his call.

It has now been more than 2 weeks since Jerry Sheffer and I have been trying to contact SideRoad Cycles. STILL no answer to our e-mails, nor any returned calls from messages left on their Voice Mail.
