OJ has been granted parole.  He will be out in October.

We can rest easy now, knowing he will be in hot pursuit of the real killers!

OJ's prison sentence was not related to the killing of his ex-wife.

OJ granted parole at the same time Ford announces they're bringing back the Bronco.

...the universe does have a sense of humor it would seem.

But again, OJ's prison sentence had nothing to do with that case.  (It is ironic, though, isn't it?   Wink )

Oh I know, and have been correcting people the last 24 hours on that same point, but yes, it is ironic and, to me at least, quite humorous...

We all know that. Well, most do.

But, I think it would have been a bit difficult for him to find the real killer from a prison cell. Now he has plenty of time as long as the real killer is a golfer.

I know very little about either case, but I am not convinced that Simpson's prison sentence had nothing to do with the murder case. But someone who knows a lot more about it than me has an opinion: Gil Garcetti, former LA County district attorney, opined that the Nevada court sentenced Simpson too harshly in 2007 as “payback” for getting acquitted in the deaths of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson. http://www.thewrap.com/gil-garcetti-oj-simpsons-robbery-sentence-too-harsh

Sounds like you Florida riders are about to have a new neighbor.  When you take a cake over to welcome him to the neighborhood, I recommend pre-slicing it so that no knife is required.

I for one as a matter of Fact could care LESS one way or another. Another "sports" "entertainment" figure gone down the wrong path. Whether or not he is or isn't incarcerated in the scheme of all things matters not to me. Far as his murder conviction-wasn't. Far as his robbery conviction-was. He's gonna be set sorta free. AND should he be put back in prison-again-NOT interested.  uglystupid2 RIDE SAFE.

One of the very few times I have to concur with Herdildo's comments - if you heard him on Fox after the parole board's conclusion.  Simpson is a race-baiting narcissist who played the race card to skate out of being convicted of his gruesome double murder - almost BEHEADED his ex-wife - and I have nothing but contempt for the bastard.  Furthermore, I am CERTAIN he will trip up with his hot temper and we have not seen the last of his criminal activities.  I'll bet anybody a case of beer that he will trip up, violate his parole and be back in prison within 5 years.  Probably sooner.

That was good photoshoping but I don't think he will be looking for a job with all the money he has. Hope he stays in Florida golfing. I'm a long ways away from him, not to say that I'm a golfer in high dollar clubs. I can't even afford a box of golf balls.

If so - they might be "America's Team" - but they aren't MINE. That has to be fake.
