Replacing both front subframe bars (DISREGARD)

Both front subframe bars were bent in a fall and are being replaced.  Found nothing in the manual regarding the procedure nor torque specs.  Anyone with experience with these frame bars (behind the exhaust tubes), or who has found the procedure in the manual would you please let me know, thanks!
