 Well almost the end. It was Anchor Point, 30 miles from the end. Bruce and I shared a few brews with Brenda's tolerance. It was great to finally meet after having tried a few meet ups before. Kind of strange that it was 3,000 miles away. |

One of the major highlights of this trip for this humble rider!!! Fantastic folks, and really nice couple to spend some time with... It sure is good to be me doing what I do... like riding to Alaska from Florida to meet some friends from Arizona... It was well worth the long-cut, too!!!

So, I was all excited the day we left as we had 3 hours to burn. Plenty of time for an Arctic Roadrunner run. Then the freakin airline jacked our flight around.  2 weeks I had been thinking about a Kenai Whopper and onion rings.  This is a great club that can bring us all together from such diverse places and backgrounds. I think there must be a joke in there somewhere. Starts off, What does a Good Old Southern Boy, a country bumpkin from AK, a couple of Canucks, and a Jew from NYC do when they get together.....  |
