Yes many of us have peg lowering kits, unfortunately it doesn't look like they're still being made, but you can check the classifieds and eBay from time to time for them.

Rattlebars made them initially, and I believe Valkyrie Bling and More made them afterwards, but I believe both of these enterprises are no more. (Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken on that.)

If by rider you mean the passenger

I made mine. If you can weld and have some bar stock -
and  tubing you can make your own. Or, if you have a friend that can help you out, that's good to. Mine are powder coated so there is no chrome.
