We have had some in AK. But they were nowhere near as white as that one. I thought his rack was pretty cool looking. From what I read, the people in Sweden have refrained from hunting them. Which in turn has made them increase in population . Sadly in AK when word would get out about them, they were doomed.

White venison steaks are illegal to hunt here in the republic of cheese. I am told that they are sacred to some Indian tribes that are here in the state. Personally, I would suggest that the white color is a sport that has little chance of actually surviving in the wild. After all, most deer I see are waving white tails at me just to get my attention so I am sure predators see white as a dinner bell. So much for "white supremacy".
