After two long months of problems, things have gone for the better.

My appetite is back, almost.  My outlook on life is improved. My sleep at night is improving.

I'll say one thing that helped me is the stories that DDT has filled this board with.  It is amazing to me that he travels everywhere with nary a complaint but an outgoing attitude and a way to describe his wanderings to such folk as me.

IMO, he is the brightest star on this forum.  A source of good things in a world of nothing but bad news, it seems.

Ditto on that, Wayne.
I first met DDT in Pigeon Forge way back when he only had about 50,000 miles on Ali. We rode the Smokies together for the better part of a week and that was probably my most enjoyable time on a motorcycle. I didn't see him again until one of the Paducah Inzanes and haven't seen him since but his stories and ride reports are the one thing that keeps me coming to this board. One of these days maybe our paths will cross again and we can renew the friendship.

I sure learn a lot by seeing how fast a post scrolls off the page.
