How to remove plastic crome cover ?

Hi, appreciate if someone could tell How to remove the Frame cover in front of tank... Trying to FIT my new tank bib, and there is no screws on the cover, and i'm concerned i'll break it.. see picture:

I might have figurer it out... get the little plastic cover Off, and voila.., a screw ....
