Parrot called Bud keeps repeating 'Don't foking shoot' in the voice of his owner Martin Duram who was shot five times in his Michigan home

Kind of difficult swearing the parrot in.  Kind of difficult cross examining (or direct examining) him.

Maybe just let the parrot sit at the prosecutor's table during trial where he will be heard to repeat Don't foking shoot every so often.  Defense would probably object to that. 

If the defendant takes the stand in his own defense, be interesting to see the bird's reaction to seeing him..... Don't foking shoot!!!

Remember the movie Turner and Hootch?  That dog knew who killed his master.

Husband gits killed look immediately at wife or girlfriend or boyfriend of wife or girlfriend. Been a lot better had the parrot known wife's name!  In retrospect happy now the 2nd ex just took off!    RIDE SAFE.
