Placer street starts right  corner from my house and then turns to Platina Road in Igo.  Took a  little ride out to Platina in Nor Cal this afternoon.  Here are some pics of this really beautiful, twisty, empty road.

Thanks, Matt

Hey, someone left a Valkyrie out in the middle of no where.
Sure hope you took it home with you.  Wink

She is snug in the garage as we speak.  Thanks for your concern.

How many miles of open range are out there, sir?  Looks to be chip & seal roadway; how's the grip?
The sky looks magnificent for a leisurely jaunt.

I'm Not sure about the open range.  Wide open land and sky.  The road is all paved and beautiful. I should have taken more of the road itself but I got caught up in my Valkyrie.  The gravel road is an offshoot that is a blast on my KLR.  I just pulled off to take some pics.

I've always enjoyed riding this road. Makes a nice addition to Hwy 36 heading towards the coast.
