We left last wednesday the 19th and got home friday morning at 2:30. The kids had a blast. We are planning on going back again in January of 2019. It was still in the mid 90's. Next time instead of 7 days I think we will do 10 days just so we have a couple days to do nothing.

Sounds like a ball.

Kids grow up and we grow old incredibly fast, the more great memories you can make with them now the better.  cooldude

Take good walking shoes. Thought I did but ended up giving me a blister the first day. I caught it in time and switched to different shoes and solvec the problem. It was hot so I took acouple vacuum insulated mugs. Filled them full of ice at our resort every morning and got poweraids to poor in them throughout the day.  Get fast passes for what you want to ride. We pretty much walked onto our fast pass rides. Are you staying in a Disney resort? We did and is the only way to go in my opinion. Yes it costs a little more but is really convenient.  Plus you get extra magic hours at a park every day, either morning or evening,  that is only for disney resort guests. We are already planning another one for January of 2019.

glad you had a great time.  Yah, costs more for convenience but is probably worth it since I vowed never to go back to six flags great america in gurnee Il EVER on a weekend since waiting in a line NO JOKE for 2 hours for a stupid ride wasting basically 30 bucks per person for a family of four to ride say 3-5 rides is all per day was such a waste of time and money.  We left the park early since when kids were littler we waited in line just to get into the waterpark section that just opened up there was almost a line of 1 hour just to get in let alone another 45 minutes to ride any waterpark rides, such a joke.

good shoes is a must since sandals or flip-flops does not cut it for all day walking, good advice as well.
