The court acted in one of two cases pending involving a case brought by the American Civil Liberties Union, which had sued to stop the ban contained in a March executive order.
Whether I or you agree with this, I'm glad this is somewhat settled. This is a power that squarely falls within the Executive Branch. Now, maybe we can get back to the business of running the country.............
