I didn't mean to suggest they all had to come to Canada.    But, many have indicated they like what you folks have to offer better than the way it is here.    Please don't think I wish them on you, just wish they'd follow through and go somewhere else.   May I suggest Anartica?   Seems to be a lot of open space there and they can govern themselves however they wish.

No, he never said he was moving to Costa Rica.  The often misreported comment came after a caller asked Limbaugh where would go for his own healthcare, if Obama's healthcare bill passes.  Limbaugh's response was regarding where he would go for healthcare.  He said something like, If healthcare reform passes and it's five years from now and all that stuff gets implemented, he'll go to Costa Rica.

It was clear he meant for healthcare, not that he would leave the country if Obama got elected.
Now, all that said, I seriously doubt he goes the CR for his healthcare.... but I could be wrong about that.  LOL.

Knowing Rush pretty well even the statement about going to Costa Rica would have been tongue in cheek.  He has stated several times he is self insured for his health care.
