Bump stock.  The anti gun folks are all up in arms about outlawing them because the Vegas shooter supposedly had one.

A bump stock provides the opportunity to put more rounds down range while sacrificing accuracy.  That's not a bad trade off with mass target within forty or fifty feet.  At over 1,000 feet it makes no sense at all as a movement of just a fraction of an inch at the barrel end will result in a complete miss of a relatively large target.

I think virtually all the wounded and killed in Las Vegas were the result of a fully automatic or conventional semi automatic on a tripod.  I don't think a bump stock weapon was responsible for any of the hits.

What will continue to be the main "issue" and the reason foolish lawmakers want to ban this or that is the facts pertaining to why people are armed and the reason for the 2nd amendment in the first place.  The government we have today is scared to death that we the people have power they don't want us to have.

Don't let the government get you on their side with phrases like " there's no sporting purpose" or that gun is "not a good hunting rifle"  or the worst one yet "that weapon has only one purpose, to kill people"

Well, YEAH!!  that's the reason America stays armed and the reason for the 2nd amendment, its not for sport, its not for hunting its to kill people that would try to take our freedom away (if that ever happens) and it doesn't matter if they are a foreign or domestic enemy of freedom!

If we let them ban small stuff they will ban bigger stuff.  They wont stop until there's nothing left to ban.

I say we ban people like Diane Fienstien (really we need to ban all of California) and also the dude from Florida.  Basically anyone that thinks the government needs guns but civilians do not.
