My photos and web pages are stuck in portrait.  I have turned the lock button on and off too many times and restarted the phone several times, and am up to date with updates.  Read that it could be because the compass needs calibrating.

So I open the compass and it automatically finds me, gives me the town I'm in and longitude and latitude.  But the compass itself doesn't move and I can't figure out what to do.  I turned the "use True North" button in settings on and off several times, did nothing.  I can't locate and buttons or tabs to press to calibrate or set the compass.  I can't get to the place where I lay the phone flat and rotate the ball around the circle.

Anyone know what to do, and, will calibrating the compass unlock the portrait/landscape issue.
