Kat and I are moving to south Alabama and have our home in Tenn for sale. If we leave out the realtors we can give you a cut on the price. Home is listed on Zillow.

Beautiful spot, if my wife was in better health I could see living out my days in that place. Only problem would be I'd have to buy a couple more vehicles to fill up the carport.  Wink

Just to be up front, I'm NOT looking to move to Tennessee, or anywhere for that matter, but that looks like a fantastic property, even after factoring in the cost of a riding lawn mower.  Do you ever have to plow/blow the snow from that driveway?  (My Canadian mind is thinking this through.  Grin)  Nice house, but I want to see more pictures of the shop; that's where I would be spending much of my time, of course.  I would also want more pics of the basement, and one of the back of the house so I could see what you have for basement windows/doors; it looks like the ground might drop low enough in the back for a walk-out basement.  The house has central A/C, but you have a portable fan in the bedroom, in addition to the ceiling fan.  That might make one think the A/C isn't sufficient.  I would remove the fan and re-take that photo, were I you.

Very nice.
That would be twice that price in SE Wisconsin.
