Definitely not on my bucket list but quite a stunt nonetheless.

That's pretty cool.  Hard to tell who was more skillful, the jumpers or the pilot. That plane had to be at the absolute perfect descent rate and speed.  I've done many skydives but they were all the reverse; leave out of the plane and end up on the earth.  Doing it backwards is quite amazing.

Reverse skydiving, cool!

Don't show the spousal unit, or she'll sign up to try that too...

I'll be sure to get some video if she ever does, but doubtful, she's shown no interest in wing suits...

BTW, since her very first tandem skydive in the spring of this year, she now has 40 dives and climbing... She's definitely found her hobby to counter balance all of mine!

I've done many skydives

I've done two solo static line jumps from about 3,000 feet... the thrill
of climbing out the door of an airplane and jumping was terrifying -
in that good way, like the terror of turning loose of the rope swing
and flying out into the lake. I'm done though  coolsmiley ...

I always imagined it would be fun to jump from a plane like in
the wingsuit video... run down the hall and jump out the barn
door!

I've jumped out of a perfectly good plane a few times. I had to use the restroom so soon as I shut down I'd jump out of the plane and head for the edge of the ramp to kill some grass.  Roll Eyes

Can't say I've been there, done that.   And I'll never be able to say that.   I distinctly remember what it feels like to be in freefall, I know what it feels like to lose an engine while flying a helicopter, I know what it feels like to contact the ground off the back of a bull, a donkey and a horse.   Also had the pudd'n scared out of me in several other ways I do not care to discuss.     I feel no need to re-experience any of these feelings.

That was pretty awesome stuff  Thanks for posting

Not for me, no thanks, not even on the bucket list, dont even like roller coasters anymore but used to love the big rickety wooden coasters at Playland in jersey and rockaway beach  Heck now I don t even like riding down mountain roads when its wet.  Getting older has changed my perspective in a lot of ways

Wonder if Thumper would have wanted to try that if he had the chance?  He really seemed to enjoy skydiving in his post.

Oss,
You have no idea unless you've done it.  98 jumps if I remember correctly.  93 of them free fall.

I would highly encourage you to try it once.  It's a thrill you won't forget............

Gave a jump to my son on his 21st birthday.   He still wants to do it again 12 years later.   cooldude
