Jess not dissing HD just speakin what I felt while riding that bike. Don't get me wrong it was a great bike for one person and it looked real good but put the wife on the back and a weekend pack and it was a turd.

At one time there was a show on television where the lead character would smack the back of the head of a subordinate to get his attention. I think that was NCIS but not sure. Regardless, that rider will eventually understand what headgear is all about and why it's important. Hopefully, he'll survive the lesson and enjoy riding after that.  What I don't understand is why a Valkyrie site would care about how to ride a Harley.............. It's rare that we need to be hauled or towed in. |

:2funny:y But it did get 20 mpg more than my Valk will get  55 mpg nO matter the hWy speeds.

90 pounds of air in a bald tire. We ran one like that (stock) on the dyno today. That was an engine that had a lot of money thrown at it.
