As many of you had read. I had my '97 Bee out in OK with Bob ( aka the attic rat ) well today I got to get her out for a proper ride. So I leave home on her and as I pull out from my neighborhood I was at about 2k Rpm's and nailed it and in short order the rear tire was spinning

and no it is not slick it has on a rear that only has about 2 k. Miles on it. I can see this getting expensive as tires are high $$$, so I may have to go Darkside

I ran her through the paces and all I can say is job well done to Bob

it runs better than it ever has. I bought her new so I know how she ran then and now.
If you are looking to take the bike to a drag strip this work isn't for you, but if you want more power and grunt through all ranges of the rpm's this could be for you.
The bike seems to love it's new found compression and runs at all ranges effortlessly.
I was not easy on her at all, I was riding her like a rented mule and when riding like this before the work I would get 32-34 mpg and I was probably harder on her today than most days and when I topped off before home I am proud to say she got 39.7 mpg.
If I had it to do again..........my answer would be........... HELL YES in a heart beat

.
I am very glad I had Bob work on my machine. And I have spent time with Bob on four occasions now and am proud to call him not only a great wrench but a friend for life
