If anyone has ever thought about making aged eggnog I made a batch of this about 3 weeks ago.

It's awesome but requires a lot of alcohol to make it work.  Evil

I don't yet know how it tastes when properly aged. I do know it tastes good as soon as you make it and really good in 3 weeks. I'm not a whisky fan so I substituted vodka for the bourbon.

This used a cup of rum, a cup of cognac and a cup of vodka and filled 3 mason jars when it was finished. Still have a little left but will probably make more before New Year.

Yow that sounds amazing, but doesn't the egg, and nog, and nutmeg ruin the flavor?   Grin
