Cry  It is with great sorrow that I write this to inform you that Mac McCain,(Crazyhorse),  lost his wife early this morning, around 2:00 am.  I hesitated writing this for a while, because Mac is kind of a private person, like me and doesn't post much except to congratulate someone or share in their sorrow. But Mac needs our prayers as he goes through this loss. Mac and Kathy had just moved to Alabama from Tennessee. They found their dream home in Macs home state and were so excited about starting new plans there.  We hated so much to see them go, but on the other hand were so happy for them as well.

Mac is trying to get some much needed rest right now, he has been with Kathy in the hospital for several days, and has not had much rest at all, so until he shares arrangements with us, I have no other information.

Tom and Joyce Jordon lived next door to them and have been helping them a lot, so they have more contact and information than I. Joyce has sent information to several of us that were close with Mac and Kathy and will be talking with Mac soon. For now, please pray for Mac and his situation. My heart is breaking for him right now and I know prayers will help. Thanks everyone.

I can not feel what a man must go through with the loss of a wife.
We make fun of them , compline about them and every thing a man will do
when it comes to our wives.
But all of us know when it comes down to it we married them because we loved them.
There I said it. When we loose a wife it is just unthinkable to me what the pain must be like.
   I can,t even imagine !
My prayers for him that he find strength in his time of sorrow and my he find the
support he needs at this time.
God bless him in his time of need.

Thanks for all the condolences. At 2:53 am on the Lords Day I watch my soulmate and best friend pass into the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ. It was very hard saying good by but she is no longer suffering and is in a much better place. She passed on the 7th of January and the number 7 in the Bible speaks of spiritual perfection. She is finally complete someday I to will be.

Well thought out and stated.   You found the words I searched for but lacked the ability to put down.   Thank you for saying what I felt.

Mac, may God bless and hold Kathy close.

Mac, No words I can think of are adequate to ease the pain you are feeling.  I wish I had such words.  Your faith in God is the best source of strength.   Hold tight to that, for it is a powerful blessing and will carry you through hard times and lonely times.  I barely knew Kathy but I think of you as a very good friend and I wish you peace and serenity.  Know that God loves you and Kathy also.
