Not all the same.  Early wheels have a longer hub to accommodate a thinner disck mounting surface.  Late models take a thicker disk mounting surface.  They are interchangeable as long as each wheel wears it's proper disk.  However some guys want to use the same disk on the primary and spare wheel.  In that case it matters

 I've never had a problem as long as I use the same bracket and rotor that came with the wheel...

Anyway , rear wheel
