3 Year Factory Warranty

My warranty runs out on Jan 16th....TOMORROW! I just discovered over the weekend the old Valk is suffering from a kill switch itch! Would the crowd agree I should be ok if I have it at the dealer when they open tomorrow and the repair be covered? I would guess its midnight on the expiry date.

I would either phone them and leave a message with the time and date or better yet, send them an e-mail outlining the problem and the fact the warranty is set to expire.  That way, if they don't want to honour the warranty you have something to argue with.
