Bonnie and I flew to Seattle to visit my son and his fiance Friday evening and returned this morning  Yeah I am pretty tired as the return flight was delayed about 3.5 hrs and left after 1am.  I dont sleep on planes so sleep will come easy (I hope ) tonite.

We all walked maybe 8 miles of hills between Saturday and Sunday and ate and drank well.  Saturday had a very good bourbon porter and bbq brisket for lunch. Dinner with the future in laws at an Indian place

On the way back from a restaurant yesterday on the water, where I had some bodacious Halibut fish and chips and a good amber ale I told Corey to watch out for the cop car.  He laughed and said dad its not police Seattle has many breweries and I must say every beer I had was pretty damn good.

Here is the pic

It was nice not to have to rent a car or stay in a hotel as my son has a condo downtown. They even cooked breakfast each morning

2funny Seattle is one of my favorite cities. I could live there, if not for all the rain.

Beautiful country for sure! Glad you had a good visit... Did the driver of that patrol car 'cite you' for any infractions?

Love Seattle,, have spent a lot of time there. So many breweries and good places to eat and I always stayed downtown so I could walk. Pike place is fun too.
Was there on Thanksgiving once and it snowed 2 inches and absolutely paralyzed the place  2funny

Oss,, you were almost sleepless in Seattle  2funny

I didn’t have to deal with it much. Most of the time I would take the ferry over from Bremerton. On the occasions I did drive around, I regretted it.
