https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ezf5oeP3eRE     Speeding but what explains the handlebar wobble in this video? Looks like he slid between the semi's rear wheel and the bumper thingy hanging off the back

The problem with humanity is: we have paleolithic emotions; medieval institutions; and God-like technology.

... but what explains the handlebar wobble in this video? ...

Experience says that rapid rear tire deflation will do that.  There may be other situations that will.

More years ago than I care to recollect  my 73 Honda C B 500/4 blew a rear tire. The video of his handle bars put me in mind of THAT moment.  Lips Sealed Had the trailer duals gotten him well hamburger comes to mind. Next time you are near a Parked semi trailer-believe this one was a 53 footer-look at the distance from the landing legs to the front edge of the trailer tandems. To say he had the PERFECT spot when he started sliding AND managed to NOT get run over is sort of a miracle if you think bout it fer a bit. I've heard GOD takes care of drunks and fools. Wonder was the rider guilty of either? Not sayin fer certain BUT we may have seen Divine Intervention here. RIDE SAFE.

Well he didn't sound drunk in the vid.  Friend of mine had a bike that would start shaking like that when the front tire got worn down on one side ad enough, catch a groove or dip and there it went.
