Finally, after the holidays, I have determined whether I retained more money under the Trump tax cut. The amount of money I get to keep is nearly equal to my Triumph bike payment. Thank you President Trump for my awesome "crumb".

Beautiful! Mine is a 2013. It's an awesome bike, and a great second bike to my Valk. Those gravel and dirt roads we have everywhere in Indiana are better on the Scrambler!

How hot does the exhaust get on the inner thigh?

I wouldn't want to ride it with shorts on, but the heat shields do a good job. You can put your hand on the shield for a short time. In hot weather it gets a bit toasty, but tolerable.

They really are a smile machine. Doesn't have an excess anywhere. Not the most power, not the best suspension, not the "best" at anything, but it just works and makes me happy when I ride it. Reminds me of a 70s or 80s enduro bike, with cool style to boot.

And it gets it's share of looks.
On my exhaust, I (well, actually my brother) removed the first 2 baffles and drilled 3 1/2 inch holes in the 3rd one. It's not loud, it sounds just right.

I did a bafflectomy too. Got rid of the sewing machine sound.
In a parking lot full of Harleys, people do flock to the Scrambler. Kinda pisses those guys with the 40K bikes off a bit.

I used to own a 1989 Honda GB500. It was an attention magnet, also.
I do know with the Triumph, people mistake it for a classic Triumph.

Park the old Honda 305 Scrambler next to it and you Will See WHERE the design idea came from. Ross-da prez-had one. Honda 305. Heat shields were off of it. Gal I was dating at the time most likely Still has the burn scars on the inside of a truly matched set of Magnificent thighs. RIDE SAFE.

Great shot and glad you were able to put the crumbs to good use. But remember who said it and Pelosi's net worth was $29.35 million so let the peasants eat cake.
