It shouldn't be necessary.  The ad and link are on the VRCC home page and on the rotating banners at the top of each message board page.

Due to my father's illness and hospitalization for the past week and a half, I have fallen behind in updating the list of folks registered.  I finally got the  "Who's Going List" updated this morning!.  Everyone that has registered should now be showing up on the list (with the exception of a couple of folks that I have emailed with questions).  If you have registered and do not see yourself listed, please let me know.

He is doing better.  He has congestive heart failure and has been full of fluid.  He has gotten rid of alot of the fluid, but they have also had trouble getting his blood sugar regulated.  It has been all over the place (as low as 36 and as high as over 400).  They have reduced his oxygen from 8 liters down to 3 now, so he is improving.  Thank you so much for asking!

I just saw my Uncle Dan today, he's over 80 and he's been through all that, it was awful. But he got
looked after by the Drs, like your Dad, and he's back to causing all kinds of trouble for Aunt Jean now  :cooldude:

Motomama,

Sorry to here about your father's health issues, but happy to here he is improving.  My mother in law is encountering end of life issues, she is nearly 96.  I'm uncertain of my attendance at Inzane this year due to her health.

I did sign up on Monday evening, but when attempting to get a reservation at GZ, I was denied.  It seams that the order number I was given was invalid.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I have PMed Motomama with more information...

I looked.  Your order number is valid.  Perhaps the clerk made a mistake.  It's the five digit number that begins with 2 and ends with 1.

Bump from page 5... My friend Roy Valentine and his woman Vickie called me this morning and they can't figure out how to get a confirmation #  he claims he paid even ordered t-shirts :-\  I looked at the " Who's Going " they are on the list from The Great State Of Tennessee. Anyway staff could look this up and PM me if they did everything correct and send me a confirmation # for them at the motel ?

Registration is on a slower pace than I would like.  There are two areas where the number who register is important.  One is that, obviously, the number in attendance both in registration fee and in participation at the event help pay for the expenses of the event and the life of the VRCC.  The second is that the ground zero hotel always provides (pays for) certain elements of InZane based upon how many room nights are registered and spent at the hotel.

If you're thinking about signing up but haven't done so yet, now is a good time.

InZane XVIII Online registration will closed Friday, 6/8/18, at Midnight.  You can register on site, but Thursday dinner isn't included.
