I still haven't eaten the wild rice I got in Billings...

Keep waiting for "The Right Time" and it just hasn't seemed like the right time yet.

Maybe a random Saturday in late June will do.

Great to see you and Nancy again! I'm really sorry we didn't get to hang out much, though... my loss! As for the Minnesota wild rice... I didn't win any, and I haven't received an invitation to share any from those who did win some... Oh well, one of these days, I reckon... Good of y'all to arrange that for the group! Thanks!!!

HEY BRUCE, over the last 8 INZANE's we have donated about 70,
1 pound bags of Minnesota wild rice to INZANE attendees. I had saved a bag for you again this year, But when it's on my mind to get it to you, I can't find you. I also had some for Don & Tracy. I'll have to send theirs and can send you a bag also. Funny thing is that Dennis (TROUT DUDE) asked me about it and he rode home with a bag.

Is this a great club or what? TP and Nancy are one of the nicest couples I know, and their response to my little post clearly demonstrates that... Troutdude came back with yet another very nice offer! Super Santa even posted with a fabulous idea about using it for Jambalaya...

Man, we sure do seem able to focus on chow... sort of reminds me of the Gold Wing crowd! Well, they have some mighty nice folks too, but none better than the folks I know around here!!! Thanks, my friends, looks like there will indeed be some Minnesota wild rice in my future after all... I'm salivating over that prospect as I write this!

Bruce, the wild rice that came with the Interstate I bought from T-Bird was delicious! It was an extra added bonus we got to enjoy at home. I am sure you will enjoy it.
Its long grain and not what I have ever had in Jambalaya, but I'm sure Shelia will do it up right for you.

The bonus bonus was that TP was able to give me a little background on the bike from before it went to T-Bird, as it was a MN bike Tom had transported and knew some details.

No doubt! Not sure if you know this or not, but Dennis is about as handy with a skillet and spatula as he is with a wrench and socket! Man has so many talents, I'm reluctant to even try to mention them! However, you are right-on about Shelia, too... Can't loose proposition from my perspective!!! The anticipation is building, and... you know... my tongue is dangling and dripping like that of a happy Saint Bernard on a hot day!!!
